• Cancellation: We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before they're shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping to our returns warehouse. Note: We're not responsible for issues arising from freight forwarding or reshipping services.
• Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within a few days.
